Dark brick red with faint purple-red hues. Lovely fresh blackcurrant fruit first and foremost. So fragrant. Dark plums, cedar, sandalwood and tobacco leaf. Hints of graphite and blueberries. The palate is lithe and light on its feet. Vibrant and fresh tasting black and blue fruits. Hints of sage and vine leaf. Fine soft tannins that roll along leaving no rough edges, just persistent, smooth refreshing blackberry flavour.
