The Pocketwatch Pinot Noir is made using a number of parcels of grapes from across Victoria, continuing the Oatley family tradition of fine wine making. With a delicate oak influence and bright fruit character, this is a very approachable wine, soft and easy to drink. It displays bright red cherry and raspberry fruits, gentle earthy forest floor complexity and only the lightest touch of oak.
