Grape variety | 100% organic pinot gris
Winemaking | Harvested from Annangrove Park and Balmoral vineyards in the cool of the morning. No sulphur added before being whole berry pressed to stainless steel. Fermented for 10 days, and matured on lees in tank for 4 months. Bottled July 2025

Palate | Bright melon, juicy pear with a crunchy vibrant finish .
