WINEMAKER NOTES
Shiraz grapes from our organic vineyard were de-stemmed and crushed with the juice drained off directly to create a bright pink hue. The wine was then fermented cold in stainless steel using aromatic yeast strains. Specialised organic yeast extracts were used to preserve freshness throughout the process with minimal intervention to preserve the natural fruit character.
