WINEMAKER NOTES
Harvesting during the cooler months, our organic vineyard yielded carefully selected Shiraz grapes. Each batch underwent cool fermentation on skins to enhance its varietal aroma. The wine then completed malolactic fermentation on oak staves, which added to its integration and length. Following this, deft blending and meticulous bottling ensured the capture of its distinct character.
