Complex and expressive aromas of white peach, nectarine and grapefruit layered with flinty mineral notes, subtle struck-match complexity and hints of roasted hazelnut. Delicate citrus blossom and gentle oak influence add further refinement.

Elegant and beautifully balanced, showing flavours of white stone fruits, citrus and grapefruit with excellent purity. A creamy mid-palate brings notes of roasted nuts, subtle butter and finely integrated French oak, while fresh acidity provides precision and drive.

Smooth and textural with impressive finesse. Lees work and partial malolactic fermentation contribute creaminess without sacrificing freshness. The finish is long, mineral and persistent, carrying lingering stone fruit, citrus and savoury complexity.
