Winemaking
The grapes were picked during the cool of the night, de-stemmed and pumped into the press. Only the best quality free run juice was taken off, cold settled then later racked to ferment. The ferment was carried out with selected yeast to enhance the Sauvignon Blanc varietal characters. Post fermentation, the wine was stabilised, clarified and bottled.
The Wine
Light green showing lifted tropical fruit aromas of sweet pineapple, the delicious and balanced palate shows soft pawpaw, lemongrass and sweet green basil; a zesty style to enjoy on any occasion.
With Food
Delicious with seafood or a chicken Caesar salad.
