TASTING NOTES

This Yarra Valley Chardonnay is elegant and refined with compelling nectarine flavours, complemented by a subtle creamy texture and refreshing minerality.

COLOUR

Pale to mid straw.

AROMA

Nectarine, white peach and citrus aromas, with attractive creamy vanillin oak.

PALATE

A refreshing, fruit driven palate with integrated oak, zesty minerality and citrus twist.

FOOD MATCH

Seafood paella or goat’s fetta, nashi pear & rocket salad.

WINEMAKER NOTES

The fruit was selected from premium Yarra Valley vineyards. After inoculation with a selected yeast strain the juice was fermented on French oak. The wine was then aged on yeast lees to increase complexity and palate texture, before blending, stabilising and bottling.
