Winemaking | Our sauvignon blanc grapes from our organically certified vineyards are harvested during the cool morning air. This fresh crispness is directly pressed, fermented and then bottled in May 2020 to capture the zesty, cool climate stylings of this high altitude sauvignon blanc. A blend from our three vineyards at 700m, 800m and 900m.

Aroma | Fragrant aromas of passionfruit and guava.
Palate | A fresh, cool climate sauvignon blanc with grippy herbaceous edge. Tropical mid-palate guava, passionfruit and grass. Mouthwatering length of flavour.
Food matches | Compliments freshly Shucked oysters, fresh green pea salad and cheese boards with friends on a lazy afternoon.
