Textural and energetic with flavours of white peach, lemon and orchard fruit, supported by brioche, biscuit and gentle oxidative complexity. The wine shows both freshness and depth with excellent balance.

Medium-bodied with bright acidity and a creamy mousse. The cuvée is typically a blend of 80% Pinot Meunier, 10% Chardonnay and 10% Pinot Noir, with around 40% reserve wines, giving the Champagne richness and complexity.

Long and refined with lingering citrus, stone fruit and toasted brioche notes, finishing crisp and balanced.
