🍷 Appearance

• Deep, rich red-purple colour typical of ripe Cabernet from Coonawarra’s famed terra rossa soils.

👃 Aroma (Nose)

• Generous blackcurrant and cassis aromas form the backbone of the bouquet, layered with dark chocolate, liquorice and cedar spice from oak influence.

• Subtle earthy notes with hints of tobacco, mint and light tobacco leaf add complexity and depth.

👅 Palate (Taste)

• The palate is rich and bold, showing opulent blackcurrant and mulberry fruit flavours woven with dark chocolate and minty, liquorice nuances.

• Secondary characters of earthy savouriness and vanillin cedar from the oak provide complexity.

• Medium-to-full body with firm tannin structure giving grip and length — a classic, structured Cabernet style.

🍶 Finish & Structure

• Long, expressive finish with persistent dark fruit and earthy spice, supported by solid, fine-grained tannins that frame the wine well for both immediate drinking and short-to-medium-term cellaring.
